SOUTHFIELD — Farbman Group/NAI Farbman, based in Southfield, announced the purchase of a 275,000 square foot property set on 35 acres and is the latest addition to the NAI Farbman portfolio. The former owner, TD Auto Finance, will continue to lease the 155,000 sqaure feet.

Farbman says the building offers improvements including generator power for the entire complex, a ‘plug and play’ open office environment and visible signage from I-696. The building also offers ample parking, including the ability to provide a 6 per 1,000 parking ratio to 50,000 through 120,000 square foot users.
