NAI Farbman Expands Public Lighting Authority Space

SOUTHFIELD — NAI Farbman has leased the 3,205 square feet of space to the Public Lighting Authority of Detroit at Cadillac Tower in Detroit.

NAI Farbman’s Paul DeBono represented both the landlord, Cadillac Tower MI LLC, and the tenant in this expansion.

DeBono said the expansion was a decision that would benefit the city of Detroit’s plan for new lighting infrastructure.

“The expansion was completed to accommodate the authority’s growing staff and scope of responsibilities in rolling out a new public lighting infrastructure within the city of Detroit,” DeBono said.

Cadillac Tower is a 40-story, 350,000 square foot Class B office building known for its beautiful water views. The tower is settled in the heart of the revitalized Central Business District and is a premier location for businesses in Detroit.
