The prominent award is presented to hospitality industry leaders for their ability to deliver unparalleled service to their guests. Randy Villareal, vice president of hotel operations, made the announcement.
The Pinnacle Award recognizes hotels, conference centers and visitor bureaus for their impeccable service standards. The award is highly regarded by hospitality professionals because all recipients are selected based upon real-life, meeting experiences. They are voted on by meeting planners throughout the country and organized through Successful Meetings Magazine, the meeting planning industry’s leading periodical.
