TROY — Patricia E. Mooradian, president of The Henry Ford, has been named to the board of directors of Crestmark Bancorp Inc., and Crestmark Bank. Mooradian joins the five member board effective immediately.

“Patricia’s strategic vision and multifaceted business acumen will bring a fresh and welcomed perspective to the board,” said W. David Tull, Crestmark chairman. “We felt it was time for some new thinking, and her experience with such diverse activities as fundraising, museums, restaurants, and even a school should prove beneficial to Crestmark’s future growth plans. We are very pleased she is joining the board.”

Mooradian joined The Henry Ford in 2000 as chief operating officer, and in 2005 assumed her current post as president. During this time she developed a 10-year strategic plan focusing on increased attendance, new visitor experiences and amenities, new educational products and hospitality. She also sits on the board for Henry Ford Hospital & Health Network, and the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the University of Michigan-Dearborn Citizens Advisory Council.

Mooradian joins Crestmark board members William P. Baer, president of The Crown Group, Inc.; Raymond T. Deegan, executive vice president of Imperial Marketing; Thomas W. Cross, Jay Alix & Assoc. (retired); Albert R. Pender, professor (retired) and W. David Tull, chairman of Crestmark Bank.
