MILFORD – MIPRO, a consultancy specializing in implementations, upgrades and optimizations of Oracle’s PeopleSoft applications, announced that Jennifer Berry has been named director of human resources.
In her new role, Berry will oversee all HR-related functions, including payroll, employee relations, new hire onboarding, healthcare and insurance benefits administration, contract renewal negotiations, performance assessments, and more. Berry joined MIPRO in 2008 as a Systems Support Specialist, at which time she maintained system security, performed auditing and testing for new updates, and served as a liaison between all internal MIPRO service providers.
“During her time with MIPRO, Jennifer has shown a persistent passion and dedication for doing the right thing to ensure success for our team and our clients,” said Jim Prokes, managing partner and CEO. “She is a proven asset to MIPRO and we are excited for her to take her talents to the next level with this new opportunity.”
Prior to joining MIPRO, Berry served as an account manager at staff connections, where she helped seek out and place candidates for a variety of medical positions, including registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech and language pathologists.
She graduated from the University of Michigan Dearborn as a psychology major with a minor in business.
