WEST BLOOMFIELD — Mid-America Real Estate Inc. has won the business of Pizza Hut for four location leases in metro Detroit.
Adam Goodman of Mid-America will actively help them as their tenant broker and franchisee to set up these locations in what he has described as a “pretty limited market.”
“Based on spaces, there is generally competition for food properties, and currently, there is limited development going on,” Goodman said.
The leases will total about 5,566 square feet at Wonderland Village in Livonia, 14 Mile and John R in Madison Heights, Ferndale Avenue Shoppes on Woodward Avenue in Ferndale, and the Papa Joe’s center on Woodward Avenue in Birmingham.
Currently, those four locations represents Goodman’s work of discovering new markets in their expansion strategy and relocating stores in the strategic relocation plans. He also has four additional stores in development apart from the ones just announced that he cannot speak further about, Goodman said.
Pizza Hut’s business with Mid-America has also expanded into multiple stores being developed in Boston and Canada.
