ANN ARBOR — The Michigan Venture Capital Association has appointed Maureen Miller Brosnan as its executive director. In her new role, Brosnan, who has almost 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, will oversee the organization’s strategy and direction, and create awareness and support for Michigan venture capital firms and activity.
In addition to her work at association, Brosnan acts as president of the Livonia City Council and chairs the board of directors for St. Mary Mercy Hospital.
Brosnan is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where she earned a bachelor’s in journalism and public relations.
