NOVI — It’s all about women at the 20th annual Michigan International Women’s Show from April 30 to May 3 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
“Our show is entertaining, inspiring, and festive for women to enjoy and discover a wonderful and exciting experience,” says Beth Anderson, Southern Shows executive show manager.
The event will feature Randy Fenoli of TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, who will share brides’ stories; stylist and creator of Rock Your Hair styling products Michael O’Rourke, who will be demonstrating his cutting system with Rock Your Hair stylists giving complimentary haircuts; Ashley Gold of truTV’s Hardcore Pawn, who will share jewelry and fashion trends; and professional matchmaker and relationship coach Julie Wadley, who will give relationship advice.
Other highlights of the show include seasonal recipes by Taste of Home Cooking School, cooking tips by Aussie in the Kitchen Chef Paul Penney, ice cream tastings by Kroger Pavilion, crafts by Uncorked of Ferndale, cosmetic tips by Macy’s, a Pawject Runway-Fido Fashion Show, and a Western Wayne Fire Department Fashion Show.
Admission is $10, $8 online, or $7 when purchased at Kroger; youth ages 6-12 are $5; and children 5 and under are free.
