Patrick Jobst has been promoted to assistant director of food and beverage for Method Co. at Book Tower in Detroit. Prior to his current role, he was the beverage director for Method Co.

Jobst brings more than a decade of experience in Michigan’s hospitality industry, with roles spanning from Bacco Ristorante, Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, and Reserve Wine & Food. He returned to southeast Michigan in 2021 when he began serving as Method Co.’s beverage director for all of Detroit’s Book Tower food and beverage concepts.

Jobst’s oversight of Method Co.’s beverage program has elevated its profile nationwide. His dedication to excellence and passion for hospitality is expected to help enrich the experience at Book Tower for guests and colleagues alike.
