ROCHESTER — MedNetOne Health Solutions, a health care management organization, has named Maureen Murphy, far left, as its director of field care management clinicians and Lauren Yaroch, RN, as the organization’s project manager.
In her new role, Murphy will oversee the implementation and ongoing activities of the High Intensity Care Managementï»¿ model with more than 80-member physician practices.
Prior to joining MedNetOne, Murphy worked for Henry Ford Health System as a clinical supervisor for the Children’s Health Project of Detroit Mobile Medical Unit. Previously, she was with St. Johns Hospital as a floor nurse and specialized in the area of adult/elderly chronic health conditions. Other clinical experience includes serving as district school nurse/health care coordinator for Detroit Edison Public School Academy and as a labor and delivery nurse at Hutzel Hospital.
Murphy, of St. Claire Shores, holds a Master of Science degree in nursing and Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, both from the University of Detroit Mercy.
In her role as HICM Project Manager, Yaroch, of Milford, will coordinate clinical activities for High Intensity Care Management, and participating member physician practices. Prior to joining MedNetOne, Yaroch worked for Botsford Hospital Center as a registered nurse in the Trauma Center/Emergency Department and as a nurse technician in the medical-surgical unit.
She received her nursing degree in applied science from Henry Ford College and also completed the nursing assistant program at the Cadillac Technical Center in Cadillac. She holds certifications in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.
