WATERFORD — Oakland County’s Medical Main Street is seeking life science and health care companies to apply for space at INNO-VENTION 2014, an annual conference that enables companies to showcase innovative and eye-catching healthcare-related products at Demonstration Alley.

Demonstration Alley, the display area for the annual INNO-VENTION conference, has a limited number of spaces for selected vendors to exhibit their products. The application deadline for a space at Demonstration Alley is September 5th, and preference is given to exhibits that include interactive, live demonstrations and feature new-to-market, visual, and award winning products or technology.

Companies wishing to be considered for space on Demonstration Alley should apply online at MedicalMainStreet.com. The fee to participate in the Demonstration Alley showcase is $500, which includes the price of exhibit space and conference registration. Further questions may be directed to Leslie Smith, CMP at 248-353-0735, ext. 152 or lsmith@esd.org. Companies will be notified of their selection via email no later than Sept. 12.

Demonstration Alley has been one of the INNO-VENTION’S most popular features throughout the conference’s three-year history in Detroit. Its overwhelming popularity is likely attributable to its novel mission: to bring healthcare-related companies in direct contact with the medical research community in order to demonstrate major achieves in the industry and facilitate dialogues about information technology’s impact on the next generation of medical devices.

The INNO-VENTION 2014 conference is scheduled for Oct. 21-22 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. For more information on INNO-VENTION, how to get involved, conference sponsorships, and programming visit MedicalMainStreet.com.
