Salvatore Amodeo and David Drwencke have joined McKeen & Associates, a Detroit based law firm, as associate attorneys.
As a law student, Amodeo was awarded three academic scholarships; received the Silver Key Award for Academic Excellence; and served as assistant editor for the Wayne Law Review. Amodeo clerked at the Warren City Attorney’s Office and the law firm of O’Reilly Rancilio PC. He is a member of the Italian American Bar Association.
Amodeo, of Clinton Township, earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Michigan and his juris doctor from from Wayne State University Law School.
As a law student, Drwencke was the recipient of several academic honors including the Book Award which recognizes excellence in specific courses; was elected thrice as class president; and was chosen as a University Presidential Ambassador. The Northville resident clerked for the Hon. Rudy J. Nichols of the Sixth Circuit Court of Oakland County; and at McKeen & Associates.
Drwencke earned his Bachelor of Arts in public policy from Albion College, where he also received a certificate from the Gerald R. Ford Program for Public Policy. He earned a master’s of applied economics from the University of Detroit Mercy; a master’s of public administration from Oakland University; and his juris doctor from from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
