MassMutual Great Lakes in Southfield has hired Gerald Moore as head of recruiting.
Drawing on his background in leading and implementing talent acquisition strategies across myriad organizations, Moore will oversee the firm’s efforts to acquire top-tier talent, positioning it for continued growth and success.
Moore brings eight years of experience delivering results for startups to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he led his own recruiting consulting firm, GDM Solutions, which is dedicated to empowering organizations and candidates to reach their full potential by utilizing robust recruitment strategies.
As part of his expertise in scaling and transforming organizations, Moore has shaped recruiting practices by developing a strategic framework for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds across multiple platforms.
