
Marx Layne and Co., a Farmington Hills-based public relations and digital media agency, announced the promotion of Lana Mini and Michele Mouyianis and the addition of Adam O’Connor and Jacob Jefferson.

Mini now serves as the vice president of the firm. She counsels clients in the hospitality, food and beverage, special events, nonprofit, real estate development, and senior living sectors, among others. Prior to joining Marx Layne, she served as a journalist for Gannet, Real Detroit Weekly, Digital First Media, and C&G Newspapers.
Mouyianis was promoted to senior account executive. She provides a broad range of public relations and digital services to clients in the automotive, technology, marijuana, senior living, and real estate industries. Prior to joining Marx Layne, she served as marketing and communications director for International Automotive Components and held positions at General Motors and IBM.
A digital media expert and veteran journalist, O’Connor was hired as an account executive. He served as editor-in-chief at Real Detroit Weekly and director of new media at Metro Times. He has extensive experience providing public relations, digital marketing, event management, and creative services to clients.
Jefferson joins Marx Layne and Co. as an account assistant after serving in the United States Army as a public affairs specialist.
