Marco Eadie has joined Bloomfield Hills’ O’Keefe as managing director to lead the new corporate finance practice. He focuses on transaction advisory services including mergers, acquisitions, buy and sell side advisory debt recapitalizations, and more.
Eadie has more than 15 years of transactional experience across a range of industries. He has advised on more than 40 successful transactions. Throughout his career, he has worked as an investor and an advisor to businesses in aerospace, defense and government services, health care, and business services, among others.

Before joining O’Keefe, Eadie was a co-founder and managing director at Boulevard and Co., a middle-market boutique investment banking and direct investment firm. He has previously served as a principal in the investment banking group of CoreCap Investments and worked as a vice president at Paint Creek Capital Partners. He has held board positions at the Detroit Institute of Arts Founders Junior Council and Detroit Opera House and currently sits on the board for Right Workplace, a software platform that measures and improves workplace culture.
Additionally, Brian Vargason has joined O’Keefe as an analyst. He will assist the corporate finance group leadership. H was previously an analyst at Boulevard and Co.
