DETROIT — Mango Languages has named Roberto A. Valdez as marketing director, overseeing marketing efforts for the company’s public library, academic library, K-12 and corporate markets.
Valdez will be responsible for growing Mango Languages’ presence in the public library space and will lead Mango’s first major corporate initiative and push continued growth in academic and K-12 markets.
Valdez joins Mango from Integrated Healthcare Systems LLC in Southfield, where he served as vice president of clinical integration and practice management.
Valdez has more than a decade of experience in marketing, having previously worked for Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, throughout the greater Detroit area. A native bilingual speaker of Spanish and English, Valdez will bring his passion for language and culture, and extensive experience to direct growth across markets.
