Southfield-based Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller PC has added Danielle M. Spehar to its executive committee.

A shareholder of the firm, Spehar serves as co-head of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.  Concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, corporate and business law, she also works in the acquisition, financing, and sale of multifamily housing developments, including HUD financing. Additionally, Spehar has experience in commercial leasing and the acquisition, sale and development of shopping centers, commercial, industrial and office buildings. 

She is a member of the Real Property Section and the Commercial Real Estate Development and Ownership Committee of the State Bar of Michigan as well as the American Bar Association.

Spehar graduated summa cum laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University, graduating summa cum laude, and earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
