Madden Hauser Hires New Tax Attorney

SOUTHFIELD — Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller PC has hired tax attorney, Alex Domenicucci, as a shareholder to the firm.

“Alex brings extensive experience and a high level of expertise in the areas of real estate, partnership and corporate taxation,” said Steven D. Sallen, president and CEO. “His unique skills and established reputation in matters of federal, state, and local taxation will further expand this practice area and the array of services that we can provide to our clients.”

Domenicucci joins the firm from the Detroit office of Ernst & Young and previously was a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP.  He counsels businesses and individuals on a wide range of tax matters with particular emphasis on pass-through entities, such as partnerships, limited liability companies, Subchapter S corporations, and real estate investment trusts.

Domenicucci earned his juris doctor from Wayne State University Law School and his BBA from the University of Michigan. He is currently secretary of the Michigan State Bar taxation section.
