FARMINGTON HILLS — Marcia Ventura has been named vice president of lender relations for M. Shapiro Real Estate Group.
Ventura has more than 30 years of experience in the development and financing of commercial real estate, working with commercial banks, utility companies, and private
developers. She has underwritten and financed numerous commercial real estate transactions, including construction, interim, and long-term debt, for a variety of property
types throughout the Midwest.
Her experience also includes project management support for complex industrial projects, providing planning and scheduling analysis to expedite project construction. In addition, she has strong experience with governmental loan programs.
