DETROIT — Sheila Morris has been named manager of housing and service coordination for Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, a new position.
In her new role, Morris, of Muskegon Township, will be based on the west side of the state and will co-manage properties and provide improved data collection, quality and performance standards for and in-home services.
Morris has served as service coordinator, home center manager and a combined role of home center manager and senior manager for the organization for nearly 15 years, working on policy matters within the service line. Previously, Morris spent nearly 10 years as the activity director at Clark Retirement Community in Grand Rapids and about five years as director at Daybreak Day Services.
She holds bachelor’s in music in music therapy rom Western Michigan University.
