BLOOMFIELD HILLS — LSG Insurance Partners, a leading, single source insurance, risk management and financial services organization, has named Peter Ginopolis as vice president.
Ginopolis holds an expertise in individual life insurance; disability insurance; complex estate planning; and corporate planning in the areas of buy sell strategies, deferred compensation and wealth transfer. He is providing solutions to both individuals and organizations in the areas of risk, wealth and benefits management.
Ginopolis most recently served as a partner at Heritage Private Wealth, one of Michigan’s leading private wealth management firms focusing on the financial planning and insurance needs of high net worth families, businesses and professional athletes. Prior to that, he served as regional vice president of sales for Marquis Jet Partners, where he developed a successful sales territory that included Michigan and Indiana.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, Ginopolis began his career in management at his family’s restaurant organization. A strong supporter of the metropolitan Detroit community, he played a part in creating two endowments aimed at funding hematology and oncology research — the Georgie Ginopolis Endowment and the Endowed Chair for Wayne State University. He currently serves on the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation board. He is also a member of the executive board of CATCH, Sparky Anderson’s Charity for Children, which benefits both Children’s and Henry Ford Hospitals.
Ginopolis recently co-founded and chairs Leaders for Kids, an advisory board to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation. Commenting on his appointment, LSG President and CEO Jay Schreibman said he was impressed. “We’re both honored and excited that Peter has chosen to continue his successful career at LSG. With the addition of Peter to our team, we are well positioned to deliver a greater level of service and expertise through our private client group operations, as well as promote LSG’s single source capabilities to current and prospective customers.”
