Senior leaders from Brown & Brown’s retail segment announced the establishment of a national personal lines leadership team to further business strategy development and drive organic growth, including Lisa Haines from Brown & Brown of Detroit.
This rest of the team includes Colin Burr, Veronica Jimenez, Katie Palmer, Carolyn Shaefer and Gail Wolff.
To help accomplish strategy and growth goals, the team is developing a national training platform for the recruitment and development of teammates, enhancing communication with carriers as well as internal teammates, and creating a more consistent customer experience.

The leadership team will support personal lines teammates across the country.
