Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a San Francisco-based law firm with offices in all 50 states, has hired Lindsey A. Peck as a partner in the Detroit office. She enters the firm’s appellate practice group. Peck joins the firm from Collins Einhorn Farrell PC, where she was a partner.

Peck has extensive experience handling appeals and amicus curiae briefs in state and federal appellate courts, as well as complex motions in state and federal trial courts. She is well versed not only in appellate practice but also in general liability, professional liability, municipal liability, and personal injury defense.

“Gordon & Rees has a robust national appellate practice, and Lindsey will give us appellate boots on the ground in yet another jurisdiction,” says Don Willenburg, appellate practice group co-chair.

Peck is the chair of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel’s Amicus Committee and a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Appellate Practice Section. She has received recognition for excellence in the practice of law from multiple organizations. Michigan Super Lawyers named her a Rising Star from 2013 to 2020 and distinguished her as a Super Lawyer in 2022 and 2023. Best Lawyers named her “One to Watch” from 2021 to 2023. DBusiness magazine named her a Top Lawyer in appellate practice in 2022. And Hour Detroit included her in its list of Top Women Attorneys in Michigan from 2014 to 2021 and in 2023.

Peck is admitted to practice in Michigan. She earned her law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
