Lindsey Brenz New Event Coordinator at Community House in Birmingham

Lindsey Brenz has been hired to serve as event coordinator for The Community House Foundation in Birmingham.

“Lindsey will play a crucial role in the development of new programming and events, as well as boosting our fundraising efforts, enabling the organization to continue providing the exceptional experiences it has become known for over the past 100 years,” says William Seklar, president and CEO of The Community House Foundation.

Brenz most recently worked for Tamarack Camps, holding multiple positions over the last five years, including marketing and communications coordinator, family and communications coordinator, and administrative assistant, in addition to previously serving as the executive director at J-RO School of Music.

In her past roles, she has managed the planning and marketing of numerous events, which will translate well to her new role at The Community House Foundation. She is now responsible for developing, planning, and implementing fundraising events and enrichment programs.

Her work in these areas will ensure that the organization continues to deliver the enrichment programs it is known for, as well as making sure the organization remains financially strong through fundraising endeavors.

Brenz herself attended Musical Theatre Summer Camp at The Community House as a child.

“My fondest memories were created there, and I can attribute many of my greatest personality traits to the summers spent attending the camps,” says Lindsey.
