Farmington Hills-based Level One Bank will open a new banking center in downtown Detroit in January.
The new 3,450 square foot facility, 1420 Washington Blvd., will be on the first floor of the Madison Building and will cater to individuals and businesses offering commercial lending, treasury management, and personal and mortgage banking services. This will be the bank’s 10th branch in metro Detroit. The new branch will employee between 10-15 people.
“We are inspired by the energy and entrepreneurial spirit of Detroit as it has become a catalyst for economic development,” said Patrick J. Fehring, president and CEO, Level One Bank. “This is an exciting time for Detroit, and it’s the right time for community bank leadership. We look forward to all that lies ahead as we work with the city’s business owners, non-profits and entrepreneurs to support Detroit’s continued surge forward.”
