Farmington Hills-based Level One Bank will open a new banking center in downtown Detroit in January.
The new 3,450 square foot facility, 1420 Washington Blvd., will be on the first floor of the Madison Building and will cater to individuals and businesses offering commercial lending, treasury management, and personal and mortgage banking services. This will be the bank’s 10th branch in metro Detroit. The new branch will employee between 10-15 people.

Owned and managed locally, Level One Bank employs about 165 bankwide and assets of approximately $880 million.
