 Level One Bank has hired Jacob Siegwald as a business development officer and Walter Elliott as a commercial lender.

Siegwald, of South Lyon, joins the retail banking division in Farmington Hills with more than five years of experience in the banking industry.  He will be responsible for generating new business and building client relationships with a focus on serving small businesses in the Oakland County region.

Previously, Siegwald was a financial center manager at Fifth Third Bank in Farmington Hills.  His main responsibilities included small business banking, branch operations, and staff management.

Siegwald attended Kettering University before pursuing a career in banking.

Elliott joins the commercial banking division in Farmington Hills. In his new role, Elliott will support the expansion of the bank’s commercial portfolio through developing new business relationships and managing existing client relationships. With more than 30 years of business banking experience, Elliott will principally serve small and middle market businesses in Southeastern Michigan.

Previously, Elliott was the vice president business development officer at Fifth Third Bank in Southfield. His main responsibilities were developing new commercial relationships, identifying needs through client assessments and providing appropriate financial solutions.

Elliott, Beverly Hills, serves as a board member for Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and board adviser for Birmingham Public School Athletics.
