Lansing’s Foster Swift Elects Badalucco, Gismondi Shareholders for Southfield Office

Attorneys Andrea Badalucco and Stefania Gismondi have been elected shareholders for Foster Swift Collins and Smith’s Southfield office. The law firm is based in Lansing.

Badalucco joined the firm in June 2018 as a member of the family law practice group. With more of a decade of courtroom experience, she is familiar with civil, criminal, family, and juvenile matters. In addition, she writes content for the firm’s Family Law Advocate blog.

Gismondi joined Foster Swift in April 2016 and has served as a member of the general and commercial litigation practice group. She is responsible for complex insurance coverage litigation, including first- and third-party no-fault litigation, and also represents clients in other general civil and commercial litigation matters. Gismondi was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court at a small group bar admission ceremony in Washington D.C. on October 2018.
