Troy-based Lambert, Edwards & Associates, has promoted Tiffany Jones to senior director, and Amanda Passage; Renee Ketels to director.
Jones will lead the firm’s expansion efforts in the Detroit market, including community initiatives. She previously worked for the National Bank as vice president, as well as the Detroit Medical Center.
Jones earned her bachelor’s in communications from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and her master’s in public relations from Ball State University in Indiana.
Passage leads several of the firm’s largest professional services. She also directs media relations campaigns and manages corporate communications, issuing assignments and coordinating events such as celebrations and press junkets, to shareholder outreach conferences.
She earned her bachelor’s in mass communications and public relations from Rochester College.
​Ketels will develop content and conduct financial community outreach. She previously worked as investor relations officer at State Street Corp. in Boston, and investor relations agencies Sharon Merrill & Associates, Pierpont Communications, and FitzGerald Communications.
She earned her bachelor’s in broadcast journalism from Texas Tech University and her master’s from Boston University.
