Lambert, Edwards & Associates Adds Director of Business Development

GRAND RAPIDS — Lambert, Edwards & Associates, a public relations agency and investor relations and public affairs firm, announced the addition of Chelsea Dubey as the firm’s director of business development.

Dubey brings a decade of experience in communications, fundraising, and business development to LE&A. In her new role, Dubey will utilize her skills to continue to grow the firm’s global client base by strengthening current relationships and developing new opportunities.

Previously, Dubey worked in various communications roles at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Art Center, University Memphis Alumni Association, and Memphis Law School before heading back home to Michigan in 2012. Mostly recently, Dubey was coordinator of events and sponsorship at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and also served as the major gifts coordinator for WGVU Public Media at Grand Valley State University, where she secured the largest single gift in the station’s 40 year history. Additionally, she began her public relations career in Lansing as an intern at John Bailey & Associates while attending Michigan State University.

Dubey of Ada holds her bachelor’s degree in communication with a specialization in public relations from Michigan State University. She currently serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids, and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals West Michigan Chapter and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Grand Rapids. Additionally, Dubey volunteers on the MSU Gran Fondo executive committee.
