Detroit-based Kraemer Design Group PLC, a high-end architecture, interior design firm, has hired architectural designers Katherine Lanski and Ashley Goe.
Goe, far left, a Detroit native, completed her Master of Architecture Degree from University of Michigan after completing a study abroad program in Ghana, which inspired her to begin a mentorship program for underrepresented students interested in pursuing architecture. In her new role at the sustainability conscious KDG firm, Goe will be able pursue her passion for socially responsible design throughout Detroit.
Lanski, of Farmington Hills, also is a University of Michigan alumna. She started with KDG as an intern and had the opportunity to get involved in some of KDG’s adaptive reuse projects, including the David Whitney Building and 1212 Griswold, which she will now get to see through to completion as a full-time architectural designer.
