Kitch Law Promotes 4 to Senior Associate

Kitch, Drutchas, Wagner, Valitutti, & Sherbrook, headquartered in Detroit with offices in Okemos, Mt. Clemens, Marquette, Toledo and Chicago, announced the following attorney promotions to senior associate.

Matthew Aaron Brooks focuses his practice on appellate law. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College.

Kristen L. Cook concentrates on labor and employment litigation. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Journal. She also received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Joslyn Muller’s practice emphasizes medical malpractice defense litigation. She served as law clerk to Justice Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court.

Muller received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she was editor-in-chief of the law review. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Wayne State University.

E. Joe Wloszek is member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice. He offers experience in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial real estate, large contractual disputes, prevailing wage compliance, and title litigation.

He received his juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was a competitor in the National Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition, president of the Federalist Society, and intern with Justice Stephen Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Hillsdale College.
