
Wolfson Bolton Kochis, a creditors’ rights, banking and finance, corporate, mobility, and commercial litigation law firm in Troy, announced Kenton Bednarz has joined the firm as member and practice lead for its mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate, and emerging growth practices.
“Kenton’s addition further solidifies the foundation of our M&A, corporate, and emerging growth practices and serves as a catalyst for the firm’s continued growth and capability expansion” says Scott A. Wolfson, founding member of the firm.
Bednarz has a diverse and deep practice, from which he provides counsel on M&A, finance transactions, emerging company formation, development and growth, and commercial transaction structuring, negotiation, and guidance. He also provides clients external general counsel advisory services.
Bednarz says he is “beyond excited to provide the firm’s clients with exceptional and responsive legal services to enable them to accomplish all of their objectives and to be a key player in the firm’s targeted growth mission.”
He earned a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Michigan.
