Troy-based Ross Mortgage Corp., a residential mortgage lender, today announced Katie Ceci’s promotion to assistant branch manager. Of Ross Mortgage’s 10 Michigan locations, Ceci, partnered with Mark Wiedmann, will be responsible for managing the Royal Oak, Clarkston, Allen Park, and Livonia offices.
Ceci’s promotion will expect her to orchestrate individual monthly meetings with loan officers to support sales and create marketing strategies. She will also be responsible to profile and target new loan officer recruits, conduct sales meetings, and analyze expenses.
“Katie has been a part of Ross Mortgage for over 20 years, and has become an integral member of our team,” says Ross. “Her dedication and drive to meet goals while enhancing client experiences is unparalleled. She is well deserving of this role and her knowledge and expertise will be instrumental as we continue to expand.”
Ceci has been with Ross Mortgage Corp. since 1997, beginning as a personal assistant. She has since implemented numerous marketing strategies, and assisted in the overall growth of the company.
