Julianne Cassin Sharp Named New Leader of Miller Canfield Immigration Practice

Miller Canfield has announced that Julianne Cassin Sharp has joined the firm as a principal attorney and will lead the firm’s immigration practice.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Sharp has 17 years of experience representing companies and individuals in every aspect of immigration and nationality law. Her areas of expertise extend from immigrant and non-immigrant petitions to waivers and naturalization. Sharp is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a frequent speaker for the organization.

Sharp will work in Miller Canfield’s Detroit headquarters. Sharp earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and is a graduate of the Carl and Winifred Lee Honors College of Western Michigan University. She studied abroad at La Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro in Quéretaro, Mexico. Sharp has been repeatedly recognized by U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Lawyers in America” and DBusiness’ “Top Lawyers.”
