Judson Center Names New Chief Operating Officer

ROYAL OAK — Judson Center, a non-profit human service agency, has named Laura Huot MS, LLP has been named  a new vice president of programs and chief operating officer.

In her new role, Huot will be responsible for the overall development, planning, implementation and evaluation of agency programs, and clinical services. She will also lead the agency’s development of standard operating policies and procedures, annual planning efforts, quality programming, and support strategic planning, and professional development efforts

Huot’s career has been dedicated to social services and behavioral health. She comes to Judson Center after nine years at The Guidance Center in Southgate; the last five which she was director of Children’s Behavioral Health. The Guidance Center is an agency that provides services spanning early childhood, children and youth services, adult services, and developmental disabilities.
