Eric Aldrich has been appointed client service supervisor and Marianna Castaldo has been named client service manager at J.R. Thompson, a marketing communications firm in Farmington Hills.
Both will act as liaisons between the firm and its clients and will guide campaigns from work flow to budgets and billing.
They will connect the firm’s creative efforts with their clients’ needs and will oversee business relationships and work to ensure client satisfaction. Aldrich will also help in fostering new business opportunities for JRT.
Aldrich has been in the marketing and advertising business for more than 20 years and brings expertise in developing client relationships and working with clients to develop new, successful ideas. He has held positions at Media Hero Agency, TBC Agency, Duffey Petrosky, The Richards Group, and BBDO Detroit.
Aldrich, of Grosse Pointe, has a Bachelor of Science in marketing and advertising from Wayne State University.
Castaldo has spent nearly 10 years working in marketing and advertising in Europe and in the United States. She worked at Chrysler Italia, Xister.srl, MSX International, and CDK Global.
Castaldo, of Troy, has a business communications degree from La Sapienza, University of Rome, Italy.
