Elite Cos., a Kalamazoo-based construction firm, announced Jim Feltch has joined the firm as a partner, where he will serve as president and CEO.
Feltch comes to Elite with more than 20 years of construction management experience, including integrating executive leadership, strategic planning, and vision forecasting.

“With this strategy in mind, Jim will take on the role of president and chief executive officer, a role he is very familiar with and has had extensive success at within our industry and in our chosen regional focus.”
Long will transition his role from president and founder to president and COO, where he will continue to build client relationships and be central to overall operations and strategic initiatives.
Also joining the firm is Mark Rimes as project director. Rimes will provide leadership and oversight in all market segments and to project management teams. Mark joins Elite with a successful construction and design career spanning two decades.
