FARMINGTON HILLS — JARC, an organization serving people with disabilities, has named Lisa Korotkin Rothberger chief talent officer for the organization.
Rothberger, of Bloomfield Hills, previously served as director of human resources for JARC. In this newly created position, Rothberger will be responsible for continuing to lead the HR department while adding the management of the Information Technology department and overseeing special projects including new initiatives related to JARC’s strategic plan.
She received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
