Rose Hill Center in Holly, a psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation facility, announced the appointment of James Kubicek as its president and CEO.
Kubicek has spent 30 years in the mental health industry. He officially assumed his role on Jan. 22.
“I am excited and energized to step into the role at Rose Hill Center as CEO and president,” says Kubicek. “The center’s incredible history of transforming lives and its dedicated staff make it an organization I am proud to be part of. I believe in a collaborative and person-centered approach to care.”
Kubicek holds a Master of Science in social work from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts in social work from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He is a licensed clinical social worker in Wisconsin, holding certificates in psychotherapy and corporate consultation and counseling.
Prior to joining Rose Hill Center, Kubicek served as the vice president of the behavioral health service line with Ascension Wisconsin and as a vice president and COO with Rogers Behavioral Health. His career also includes serving eight years as the CEO and COO of the Milwaukee County Behavioral health division.
