Hunter Pasteur, a luxury residential builder based in Farmington Hills, announced that Jake Dangovian has been promoted to vice president of finance.

“Jake is an extremely valuable member of Hunter Pasteur. His work ethic is exceptional, his accounting and finance skills are strong, and he excels in our company’s culture,” says Seth Herkowitz, partner at Hunter Pasteur. “Jake is team-oriented, and his exceptional competence and character accrue benefit throughout the entire organization. Just as Hunter Pasteur has grown, so has Jake’s career as a vital member of our team.”

Dangovian previously served as a senior financial and acquisitions analyst, responsible for budgeting and reporting systems throughout Hunter Pasteur’s project portfolio. The new role will expand his duties to include financial reporting, cash flow management, trade partner management, and investor relationships.

During his more than three-year tenure, he introduced new technologies and software systems to improve Hunter Pasteur’s accounting and finance operations. Previously a certified public accountant for a real estate investment company, Dangovian came to Hunter Pasteur for its commitment to developing beautiful.

“One of the most rewarding experiences is seeing a project evolve from a humble spreadsheet to a reality,” says Dangovian. “Being a part of Detroit’s comeback has always been important to me and continuing to invest in the city and surrounding communities will always be a goal of mine. I’m excited about the future and looking forward to a long career at Hunter Pasteur and in the world of real estate.”
