ITC Holdings to Host Analyst Day at New York Stock Exchange

Company Will Ring Closing Bell Following Event

NOVI, Mich., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ – ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that it will host its third annual Analyst Day at the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, September 30, 2009. The event will take place from 12:00 noon to approximately 2:30 p.m. EDT. A live internet broadcast of the meeting will be available on ITC’s website at

The webcast agenda includes presentations from 12:00 – 2:30 p.m., with a 15 minute break at approximately 1:00 p.m.
