CLAWSON — International Bancard, a processing solutions and merchant services company, announced today that Joseph Valentic has been named its chief financial officer.
In this role, Valentic will drive financial and strategic management for the company, including oversight of corporate finance, capital planning, acquisitions and strategic planning. Additionally, he will leverage his bank and credit union expertise to help drive success within International Bancard’s financial industry channel.
Prior to joining International Bancard, Joe capitalized on his corporate banking experience as an independent consultant in the commercial banking space. He provided advisory services to both commercial banks and investors in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, risk management, compliance review, and SWOT analysis.
