Integra Realty Resources, an independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm based in Denver, has expanded its Detroit office with the hiring of R. George Parnell and Christopher Cichocki as analysts.

IRR’s new hires come in response to local market demand increase, says Anthony Sanna, executive director of the Detroit office. The office offers appraisal and consulting services across all commercial real estate property types, and clients typically utilize IRR for services such as lending, financial reporting, litigation support, eminent domain acquisitions, and insurance.

“We are delighted to welcome George and Chris to our growing team,” says Sanna. “Our local office represents one of the largest firms in metro Detroit, and these two new hires further strengthen our market leading position. This expansion allows us to meet increased demand for our appraisal services and better serve our clients with expedited turnaround times.”

Parnell and Cichocki are both certified commercial real estate appraisers.

Prior to joining IRR, Parnell was an appraiser at Newmark Knight Frank’s Valuation and Advisory practice in the Pittsburg office, where he covered the western half of Pennsylvania and all of West Virginia. Parnell first joined IRR in 2016, where he was employed as an analyst and worked on appraisals in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Kentucky.

Cichocki was most recently a senior appraiser with BBG, Inc. He has been a registered representative with Farmers Group Insurance and Financial Solutions, a client concierge at Second Opinion Partners, and a corporate financial analyst at John E. Green Co.

IRR covers more than 60 markets with 600 employees in the U.S. and Caribbean. The company’s asset value totaled $102 billion in 2020.
