DETROIT, Mich., January 6, 2009 – Detroit, Mich.-based Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR), a leading provider of underground rehabilitation solutions, with offices throughout the U.S., has acquired Underground Technologies, Inc, a Knoxville, Tenn.-headquartered, and Houston, Texas established, pipe rehabilitation provider. The acquisition is a result of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation’s continued national expansion efforts and desire to develop the company’s rapidly evolving roster of underground rehabilitation solutions. Inland Pipe Rehabilitation is the country’s leading provider of pipe bursting and Green, environmentally friendly rehabilitation services.
