
Income Property Organization (IPO), a Bloomfield Hills-based regional apartment brokerage, this month announced the addition Max Nathan to support the firm’s expansion in Indiana.
Nathan has been hired as a broker assisting the company’s efforts in Indiana. In addition, he will provide multifamily investment services in Michigan.
Prior to joining IPO, Nathan was part of the SVN brokerage office in metro Detroit, handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Along with his brokerage role, he was a co-founder of Sylvan Lake Capital, focusing on sourcing distressed debt investments for real estate and private equity funds. Additionally, he provided developers and borrowers resources for commercial real estate loans with various lending partners.
Nathan entered the commercial real estate industry as a project manager with a national real estate developer, where he gained expertise in commercial development, along with exposure to acquisitions, financing, and asset management. He has also worked in financial services obtaining his series 6 and 63 licenses, focusing on financial planning and investment advisory.
Nathan is a graduate from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is a licensed sales associate in Michigan.
