Southfield-based Impact Management Services, a staff management company, announced today that it is hosting a hiring event on Saturday with the goal of filling 100 full-time manufacturing positions for client partner Eberspächer.
Applicants will have the opportunity to apply in person, partake in on-site interviews, meet the managers and tour the facility. The more than 100 open full-time, permanent positions include tig welders, machine operators and hi-lo drivers, with entry-level production positions starting at $11 per hour. Candidates must have at least six months of recent manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
“There is significant demand for experienced manufacturing workers in Novi, Wixom, Brighton and the surrounding cities, and our team is dedicated to identifying and matching qualified candidates with these exciting positions,” said Impact founder and CEO Pete Davis. “We welcome all interested applicants in the region to stop by and apply this Saturday.”
The fair will be held from from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 43700 Gen Mar in Novi.
