SOUTHFIELD – Oneil Franso has been named director of human resources for Impact Management Services, a Southfield-based premium staff management services firm.
Franso, of West Bloomfield, is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s human resources objectives and policies to attract and retain top talent, as well as identifying and leading innovative systems and processes to drive retention and growth. He is spearheading efforts to secure entry-level recruiters, experienced professional recruiters, and sales professionals for the company’s expanding metro Detroit and Chicago offices.
Previously, Franso served as director of human resources with Bloomfield Hills-based Common Ground. In addition to his professional experience, Franso serves as president of the Detroit Alumni Association of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, an administrative volunteer with Common Ground, a board member of The Art Experience, and a volunteer with the Greater West Bloomfield Historical Society.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in human resource development at Oakland University.
