Huntington Bank has hired Kathy Weaver as senior managing director of property and casualty within Huntington Insurance. She is based in Detroit.
The appointment, officials say, marks another step in Huntington’s ongoing transformation of its insurance division — realigning its structure to better support each line of business and accelerate performance across sales, service, and product offerings.
Weaver brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the role, most recently serving as managing director and Michigan market leader at Aon. Her background spans from producer to senior leadership, giving her a comprehensive perspective on both client needs and operational excellence. She’s known for building strong sales cultures and high-performing service organizations.
Weaver oversees all aspects of Huntington’s P&C commercial lines business, bringing together a team under one unified vision. This includes direct leadership over P&C sales, service, and product functions.
