Howard's Fine Jewelry Marks Anniversary with Cancer Benefit

STERLING HEIGHTS — Howard’s Fine Jewelry is celebrating its 65th anniversary by giving back locally with a fundrasier to support the Shades of Pink Foundation.

The anniversary event from 4 p.m.- 7 p.m. on  Oct. 24 will benefit the foundation and its mission to provide temporary financial assistance to women who are experiencing financial distress as a result of breast cancer diagnosis. The event will have a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce, silent auction, live entertainment, strolling hors d’ouevres from Ollie’s Lebanese Cuisine, champagne, and complimentary valet from Crest Lincoln.The event will be held at Howard’s Discount Fine Jewelry, 34228 Van Dyke Ave. in Sterling Heights.

The event will also be stand as a platform for Howard’s Fine Jewelry to unveil its new brand image to the public for the first time. “The new brand will be timeless, elegant, and continue the legacy of Howard’s Discount Fine Jewelry,” says Sako Gharazian of Howard’s Fine Jewelry. Gharazian is a firm believer in giving back to the community that has supported Howard’s over the last six and half decades and he will use the anniversary event as the catalyst to bring awareness to local breast cancer nonprofits that assist women acorss metro Detroit.
