Attorney Gary Remer has joined Hertz Schram to lead the firm’s franchise and employee benefit plan practices.
Remer, of Bloomfield Hills, will advise business owners, including franchisors, and franchisees, on business entity formation and maintenance, commercial contracts, finance, regulatory compliance ,and retirement plans. Previously, he was a former agent with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service’s Employee Plans Division.
Remer earned his juris doctor from the Detroit College of Law.
